Delivery management software built for your operation

We build delivery management software for companies that deliver, restock or collect on the road: a driver app with live GPS and offline mode, photo proof at every stop, automatic order dispatch and an end-of-day cutoff that reconciles goods and cash so every route closes with numbers you can trust.

Delivery app with a map on a phone

Is this how your delivery day ends?

  • You do not know where each driver is or whether they really visited every customer.
  • Orders arrive by phone or WhatsApp and someone hands them out to drivers manually.
  • When the route closes, goods and cash do not match and nobody knows where the gap started.
  • In areas with no signal the app stops working and the driver ends up writing on paper.
  • A customer asks where their order is and nobody can answer.
  • Your routes live in one supervisor's head, and when they are out nobody knows who covers what.

Delivery management software we have built

We built systems for a distributor that restocks stores on fixed routes, a lender that collects door to door, a towing company and a local food delivery platform. The problem was always the same: knowing what happens on the street.

SIM card and top-up distributor that restocks stores on routes

Platforms: Web dashboard · Driver app · Store app · API

The problem: Its drivers visit points of sale every day with serialized goods. It needed to know whether each visit happened, when, and which SIM cards were delivered or picked up.

What we built: A driver app with the day's route, live GPS by segment, photo proof and offline mode; an automatic route lock for late arrivals; traceability for every SIM card; an end-of-route cutoff with a single record of what is owed for shortages; map-based route planning and an app for stores to place orders.

Microcredit lender that collects door to door

Platforms: Web dashboard · Android and iOS app

The problem: Each officer walks a collection route and the office needed to know which customers were visited and which payments were really collected.

What we built: Routes per branch with assigned customers and officers and a map view, payments with photo and location, receipts printed in the field, an allowed collection window and an app that works offline.

Towing and roadside assistance company

Platforms: Customer app · Operator app · Web dashboard

The problem: Every service was dispatched by phone and customers had no idea when the tow truck would arrive.

What we built: Automatic dispatch to the nearest available operator within each branch's coverage radius, real-time operator location, service status on a map for the customer and notifications at every change.

Local food delivery platform in a Mexican city

Platforms: Customer app · Driver app · Restaurant app · Web dashboard

The problem: Local restaurants, customers and drivers needed a platform of their own, and orders could never be left without a driver.

The project: Three apps (customers, drivers and restaurants) and a dashboard: automatic dispatch with offers that expire and move to the next driver, distance-based fees on a map, card or cash payment, driver requests for outside orders and settlements with restaurants and drivers.

What custom delivery management software includes

Delivery software is more than dots on a map. It tells drivers what to do, tells the office what happened and makes the numbers add up at the end of the day.

Driver app

The day's route, customers to visit, a map, photo proof and progress by stage. Sign-in with fingerprint or QR code so nobody shares passwords.

Live GPS tracking

Driver location by route segment, also in the background, plus a record of arrival at each customer. The office sees on a map who is where.

Automatic dispatch

Each order is offered to an available driver by zone or distance; if it is not accepted in time, it moves to the next driver with no one stepping in.

Offline mode

The app stores the route, stock, photos and transactions on the phone and syncs them when the signal returns, with the real time of each action.

Cutoff and reconciliation

When the route closes, the system compares what left, what was delivered and what came back, and creates a single record of what is missing, goods or cash.

Punctuality rules

A deadline for the first stop, automatic reminders and a route lock if nobody arrives on time, so supervisors know before the customer complains.

Does your delivery depend on your own fleet?

If on top of deliveries you need to manage maintenance, fuel and vehicle documents, take a look at Smart Fleet, the fleet management platform we built for that.

You can use it on its own or connect it to the delivery system we build for your company.

How we build your delivery system

First we ride along with a driver, or walk through a full day with your supervisor: how orders are assigned, what the driver carries, what gets collected and how the day closes. That shows where information gets lost.

Then we build the driver app and the office dashboard, test with a pilot route and add the remaining routes once the team trusts the system.

Frequently asked questions about delivery management software

What is delivery management software?

It is the system that organizes deliveries or route visits: who goes, to which customers, with which goods and what proof comes back. It includes an app for drivers and a dashboard for the office.

How can I see where each driver is?

With an app that shares their location by route segment while they work, even with the screen locked, and records the arrival at each customer. The office sees it on a live map.

Does it optimize routes?

In the projects shown here routes are planned and assigned, with a suggestion of the nearest route for new customers, but we do not calculate the optimal path. If your operation needs it, we evaluate it on the call.

What happens when a driver loses signal?

The app keeps working. It stores visits, photos, payments and positions on the phone and uploads them when the signal returns, keeping the time each thing happened.

Can I have my own local delivery app?

Yes. We build platforms with customer, driver and business apps, distance-based fees, card or cash payment and automatic dispatch, so you can run deliveries without depending on the big marketplaces.
