Custom transportation software for carriers

The problem: Carriers kept trips, invoicing and driver pay in different places, and needed to explain each truck's diesel consumption.

What we built: A subscription platform for many companies: trips through the driver app with loading and unloading photos, an invoice with Carta Porte generated when the trip closes, diesel fill-ups with a pump photo and efficiency per truck, per-trip driver pay, receivables with reminders and insurance and permit alerts.

The problem: It supplies drivers, supervisors and vehicles to many stores and needed to know for certain who showed up, when, how much to pay each person and how much to bill the client.

What we built: An app with clock-in and clock-out by photo and proximity check to the store, package counts and proof for large items; and a dashboard with shift scheduling, payroll for drivers and supervisors, payments to vehicle suppliers and a pre-invoice for the client by store.

The problem: Service calls came in by phone and were dispatched by hand, prices were estimated by eye and the fleet had no maintenance control.

What we built: An app for customers to request a tow truck and follow it on a map, automatic dispatch to the nearest available operator, pricing by base fee and distance, card or cash payment, and a fleet dashboard with maintenance and rental contracts with a damage diagram.

The problem: Dispatch assigned tows with no evidence of what happened during each service, and operator expenses and accidents were documented on paper.

What we built: A dashboard per company in the group with service dispatch, per-kilometer pricing, a daily operator fund and expenses with photos, accident records and fleet maintenance; plus an operator app with photo evidence at every stage of the service.
