Website maintenance services that keep your site online

Our website maintenance services check your site and your system every 5 minutes, fix the common failures on their own and alert our team before your customers notice. They are built for lenders, regulated companies and any business that stops selling, or risks a penalty, when its website goes down.

System monitoring dashboard on a laptop

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You find out your website is down because a customer emails you to complain.
  • You run a regulated financial business and an unavailable website can mean a penalty from your regulator.
  • A full disk or a stopped service at 3 a.m. takes your system down and nobody sees it until morning.
  • The server was restarted and some services never came back, and nobody noticed.
  • You are not sure your backups work, or when anyone last checked the server for intruders.
  • Your previous developer delivered the system and disappeared, and nobody owns keeping it running.

Companies already running on our website maintenance services

Our server care service already protects the systems of a regulated lender, a last-mile delivery company and a distributor whose drivers are on the road every day. We do not publish their names, but we do show what we do for them.

Regulated lender for small businesses and individuals in Mexico

Platforms: Website · Cloud server · Monitoring and backups

The problem: Its public website is where prospects apply for credit and where it publishes the regulatory information its consumer protection authority requires. An outage means lost applications and exposure to penalties from the CNBV.

What we built: We built the bilingual website and have operated it since 2021: its own monitored server, deployments that keep the previous release with a documented rollback, automated tests of the legal copy in both languages, database backups and daily security scans.

Last-mile delivery company serving a retail chain

Platforms: Web dashboard · Android and iOS app · Monitoring and backups

The problem: Its drivers clock in, log deliveries and upload proof from the app every day. If the server goes down, every store loses its records and payroll comes out wrong.

What we built: We keep its production and staging environments under monitoring, with daily database backups, hourly checks of server errors and a full server backup before every major change.

SIM card and top-up distributor with route delivery

Platforms: Web dashboard · API · Android and iOS apps · Monitoring and backups

The problem: It runs several connected systems (back office, delivery, customers and quality) and drivers rely on them from early morning. If one stops, routes and line activations stall.

What we built: Each of its systems is under site and server monitoring, with daily database backups, team alerts and automatic recovery of services and background workers.

What our website maintenance services include

We do not sell a percentage printed in a contract. We sell a team and a system that work so your site stays up, and that bring it back fast when something breaks.

Website checks every 5 minutes

We check that your pages respond, that the SSL certificate is valid and that the server is not returning errors. After the second failure in a row the team gets an alert, and it repeats every hour while the problem lasts.

Server monitoring

We watch connectivity, disk space, critical services and background workers. We tell apart "we cannot reach the server" from "the server is down", because each case needs a different response.

Automatic recovery

When the disk fills up, old logs are cleaned; when a service or a worker stops, it is restarted; when a critical service was left disabled, it is enabled so it survives the next reboot. No one has to wake up first.

Daily off-server backups

Your databases are backed up every day and a copy is kept on separate hardware. If a server is lost, your data is not lost with it.

Daily security scans

We look for malicious files, backdoors, crypto miners and suspicious changes. Anything found outside the approved code is quarantined automatically, and you only hear about new findings.

Production change log

We record who installed a package, changed a user or added a scheduled task on each server. When something changes, you know who, when and what.

What happens when something fails

This is how the service responds to a real outage, step by step. The goal is to solve the problem before it reaches your customers or your regulator.

  1. Detect

Monitoring checks your site and your server every 5 minutes. A single blip does not trigger false alarms; two failures in a row do.

  2. Self-heal

The most common failures (full disk, stopped service, crashed worker) are fixed automatically, and the system confirms whether the recovery worked.

  3. Alert the team

Alerts reach the team channel color-coded by severity: down, at risk, unreachable but site still up, or restored.

  4. An engineer steps in

If automatic recovery is not enough, an engineer logs in with the alert context and a written runbook for that kind of incident.

  5. Confirm recovery

When the site responds again, monitoring confirms it and the alert is closed. Nothing is marked as fixed until it is verified.

  6. Prevent a repeat

After every major incident we write down what happened and add a new check, so the same failure is caught earlier next time.

How we start looking after your system

First we review where your website or system is hosted, who has access and what is backed up today. Then we tell you which risks we see and what is missing so your business does not depend on luck.

Next we add your sites and servers to monitoring, set up daily backups and security scans, and document how releases are deployed and rolled back. If another vendor built the system, we take it over too.

Frequently asked questions about website maintenance services

What do website maintenance services include?

Ours include monitoring every 5 minutes, automatic recovery of common failures, daily backups stored off the server, daily security scans, operating system updates and an engineer who answers the alerts. New features for your system are quoted separately.

Why does a lender need high availability for its website?

A regulated lender must keep its website available: it publishes information the regulator requires and receives loan applications there. In Mexico, a financial company whose site goes down can face penalties from the CNBV, the banking regulator, and it loses customers either way.

How often do you check my site?

Every 5 minutes. We alert on the second failure in a row to avoid false alarms, and we repeat the alert every hour while the problem is still open.

Can you maintain a website or system another company built?

Yes. We review the server and the code, document how it is deployed and add it to monitoring. If we find security or configuration problems, we explain them before fixing them.

Do you guarantee an uptime percentage?

We do not sell a number on paper. We offer checks every 5 minutes, automatic recovery and a team that responds to alerts. If your contract or regulator requires a specific service level, we review it together on the call.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?

Yes. We work with companies in the United States, Canada and Mexico from the same time zone, so alerts and calls happen during your business day.

Tell us which site or system cannot go down

We will review where it is hosted, what is backed up and which risks we see. No commitment.
